Commercial Waste Services
Independent Environmental Services Incorporated provides commercial waste servives.
The city’s contracted service provider for commercial services is Independent Environmental Services Incorporated.
To set up service, complete the Commercial Trash Service application. Submit or bring it and your $75 deposit to the Utility Billing Department or contact the Environmental Services Department at (972) 292-5915 for more information.
- A $75 refundable deposit is required. Credit card*, check, cash or money order are accepted. Payment can not be made by phone.
- A 3% service charge applies to credit card transactions.
- Allow 48 to 72 hours for dumpster/cart pick-up.
- Note: Certificate of Occupancy required before an account can be opened.
